Bottleneck Project: An earlier project to alleviate congestion on I-95 between SR 1 and SR 141 was proposed. Due to funding limitations the scope of the project was reduced and a separate project targeting additional capacity was developed. The project was awarded in February 2007. By using A+B bidding, the originally estimated completion date of February 2010 was advanced. The new estimated completion date is November 2008.
