This pie chart shows the breakdown of participants who returned feedback forms. Forty-eight percent were from state DOTs, 33 percent were from FHWA field offices, 8 percent were from the private sector, 8 percent were from MPO and local offices, and 3 percent were from FHWA headquarters.
