The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has published an updated Public-Private Partnership (P3) Toolkit. P3s are "contractual agreements formed between a public agency and private sector entity that allow for greater private sector participation in the delivery and financing of transportation projects." The P3 Toolkit addresses the key areas of P3 Implementation and includes fact sheets, publications, an analytical tool, a checklist of factors and analytical processes, webinars, training, and FAQs. |
