The SMARTCenter, designed for testing automated and connected vehicles, opened in East Liberty, Ohio in July. The site is already home to the Transportation Research Center. The SMARTCenter includes both Urban and Rural environments allowing testing of a variety of vehicles, infrastructure and communications.
