Description	On November 12, 2019, U.S. Secretary Elaine L. Chao announced the 55 projects that will receive Better Utilizing Investments to Leverage Development (BUILD) Transportation Discretionary grants. A total of $900 million was awarded over 35 states with 50% of the funding going to rural projects.
