Congress has proposed increases in funding for infrastructure grants and trucking regulators for the FY2020 budget. In July, the Environment and Public Works Committee approved a five-year bill that focused on the country’s surface transportation network. However, other committees have yet to contribute their portions to the bill. The current funding bill is set to expired December 20, 2019. |
