Description	United States Transportation Secretary Anthony Foxx has appointed 10 new members to the Marine Transportation System National Advisory Council (MTSNAC). The MTSNAC consists of 29 members from both the public and private sector and was established in 2010 with a purpose of advising the Secretary of Transportation on issues related ensuring that the marine transportation system can meet the demands of projected trade increases.
