Description	The Wisconsin Department of Transportation and Wisconsin River Rail Transit Commission are moving forward with purchasing a 70-mile segment of freight rail line to support and grow the State's economy. The State anticipates completing this purchase in late 2014. With this purchase, there will be approximately 600 miles of state-owned track in Wisconsin.
