Notes – ID 305 (I-5 SB): Since opening, the NB portion of this segment was converted from 2+ to general purpose. ID 308 (I-5 SB): Converted from 3+ to 2+ in 1991. The northernmost segment of the HOV lane originally operated as the outside lane, was later moved to the inside lane. ID 309 (I-5 NB): Converted from 3+ to 2+ in 1991. IDs 310, 311, 316, & 317 (I-405 SB, I-405 NB): Most of these HOV facilities originally operated as the outside lane, was later moved to the inside lane. IDs 312 & 315 (I-5 SB, I-5 NB): Converted from 3+ to 2+ in 1991. IDs 313 & 314 (I-5 SB, I-5 NB): Portions operated as 3+ until 1991-92, then were converted to 2+.
