The United Stated Department of Transportation has released its Research, Development, and Technology Strategic Plan, FY 2017-2021. The Plan presents "research priorities for the next five [fiscal] years… and describes the activities taken by the Department to address those priorities." The Plan identifies four critical topics to be addressed during this period: promoting safety, improving mobility, improving infrastructure, and preserving the environment. |
