The Florida Department of Transportation has published its evaluation of three different technologies for potential use detecting overnight commercial vehicle parking at interstate rest stops. Two of the technologies (Sensys and CivicSmart) use 2.4 GHz microwave radar. The third technology, SENSIT, uses a combination of magnetic and infrared detection. |
