The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) and University of Washington's Urban Research Lab used video from SDOT's "Truck/Passenger Vehicle Cordon Count" to count and analyze vehicle types traveling in downtown Seattle. This analysis was done to get a baseline of commercial movement in downtown Seattle, which will be used to update the city's freight master plan. |
