The USDOT Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology (RITA) Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) published the September 2018 Freight Transportation Services Index (TSI) on November 15, 2018. The TSI fell 0.3 percent from August. Despite the decrease, the TSI is still 1.4 percent higher than September 2017. |
