Ohio is in the process of launching two large connected vehicle projects. The first is a partnership between the Ohio Department of Transportation and Honda in the city of Marysville. The second is the Connected Vehicle Environment in Columbus, Ohio which operates under Smart Columbus the recipient of a $40 million Smart City Challenge grant from the U.S. DOT. In addition to the state of Ohio, Florida and Colorado are in the process of implementing connected vehicle pilots. |
