The USDOT Office of the Assistant Secretary for Research and Technology (RITA) Bureau of Transportation Statistics (BTS) published the December 2018 Freight Transportation Services Index (TSI) on February 13, 2019. The TSI fell 3.1 percent in December, the first decline in four months. The TSI ended 2018 with an increase of 1.4 percent over 2017. |
