The Drug and Alcohol Clearing house will give employers, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, State Driver Licensing Agencies, and State law enforcement personnel real-time information about commercial driver's license holder's drug and alcohol violations. Starting January 6, 2020, fleets of all sizes will be required to query the database for all new driver hires and annually for existing drivers. |
