During the original role out of the Department of Transportation's Drug Clearinghouse, there was a lot of user confusion and functionality issues. Many of glitches that were present initially have been resolved. However, there is still an issue when individuals try to link their profile to the DOT's carrier registration pool. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is working to resolve the problem. |
