The Federal Motor carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on their proposed pilot program that will allow drivers age 18, 19 and 20, that meet certain requirements, to operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate commerce. Currently, 49 states and the District of Columbia allow 18 to 20 year old drivers to operate commercial motor vehicles within state borders. |
