Per a recent final rule, The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) can fine employers, employees, medical review officers, or service agents that violate the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse up to $5,833; the statutory maximum was previously $2,500, adjusted for inflation yearly.
