Description	The Transportation Research Board's (TRB) Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) developed a web-only document entitled Identification and Evaluation of Freight Demand Factors which highlights variables that may be used to explain measures of freight demand over time. The purpose of identifying these variables will allow planners to better predict freight transportation demands and improve their ability to make planning decisions.
