The Yuma Metropolitan Planning Organization (YMPO) in Yuma, Arizona is leading the Yuma County Rail Corridor and Logistics Study to identify ideas for the development of the freight industry in Arizona. Through this effort, YMPO will be holding open houses to discuss findings on how the rail freight industry could contribute to the local economy, job creation, and overall economic growth with a focus on positioning the region for future increases in rail traffic from Mexico. |
