The Transportation Research Board (TRB) has released a factsheet highlighting 21 tools included in the three-year plan to implement priority products from TRB's second Strategic Highway Research Program (SHRP 2). Of those tools identified, three most relevant to freight transportation stakeholders are: a tool to estimate the economic impact of transportation projects; an improved economic analysis tool; and a tool for considering freight in transportation planning. |
