The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has released draft maps of their Multimodal Freight Network highlighting freight moving through Wisconsin by truck, rail, air, and water. Information from the Multimodal Freight Network will assist WisDOT in prioritizing freight transportation improvements throughout the state. Aside from their Multimodal Freight Network maps, WisDOT has made industry maps and commodity profiles available to for a further understanding of major freight-related industries within Wisconsin. |
