The United States Department of Transportation is authorized to award up to $474 million in funding for a new round of the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) Discretionary Grant program. Grants for this round of TIGER are again to be awarded on a competitive basis for projects that will have a significant impact on the Nation, a metropolitan area, or a region. Final applications must be submitted through Grants.gov by June 3, 2013. |
