New types of cargo have recently been traveling through the St. Lawrence Seaway. In July, oversized heavy-lift construction components were shipped on the seaway to the Port of Monroe, Michigan. At the Port of Cleveland, Ohio an increase in steel being shipped from Europe has increased the Port's international cargo volume by 77 percent in July compared to the same time last year. |
