Illinois Governor Pat Quinn recently opened the new 71st Street railroad underpass in Bridgeview, Illinois. This $29.8 million project is a grade separation project part of the Chicago Region Environmental and Transportation Efficiency Program (CREATE) to improve both railroad operations and reduce congestion in the Chicago region. |
