The Federal Highway Administration has released a request for comment on the draft designation of the highway Primary Freight Network (PFN) as well as guidance for the designation of the Critical Rural Freight Corridors (CRFC) as described in the recent transportation bill, Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century (MAP-21). Comments must be submitted by January 17th, 2014. |
