The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) has released the California Freight Mobility Plan (CFMP) public-review draft. The CFMP is a statewide, long-range plan with the following vision for the movement of freight in California. Caltrans is holding public meetings to present and discuss the CFMP and is accepting written comments on the CFMP through July 2014. |
