An agreement between the Port of Vancouver and the North Dakota Department of Agriculture will provide a dedicated service to ship grains and other agricultural products from North Dakota for national and international distribution. This agreement will provide additional options to North Dakota farmers challenged to ship their agricultural products out of state due to the high volumes of oil traffic on North Dakota railroads. |
