The Transportation Research Board's National Cooperative Freight Research Program (NCFRP) has released Report 31: Incorporating Truck Analysis into the Highway Capacity Manual. This report developed level-of-service techniques suitable for incorporation into the Highway Capacity Manual that allow transportation agencies to better plan for and evaluate the effect of trucks on their road network. |
