Description	The Minnesota Department of Transportation sponsored a survey of a select group of states expected to work with multi-state Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs). The goal of the survey was to learn how other state Departments of Transportation manage multi-state MPOs and if any issues or concerns exist. This report is a summary of the survey's approach and results.
